I went looking through to memories to try to find the answer to this, but I can't find anything on it. I might just be missing it, and if I am a pointer to the right one would be helpful.
Anyway, I'm using Adobe Photoshop CS and what i'm looking to try to learn to do is have an icon that changes the picture. I'd really like to be able to do an icon like dreamkin's http://www.livejournal.com/community/howdotheyrise/14553.html

If anyone could help or just point me in the direction of a suitable memory that would be greatly appreciated!
