HELP!!!!

Could someone *please* make utorials for how to do these effect in the GIMP?



Or at least let me know if any of these effect can even be done in the GIMP. There are 3 effects I long the most to be able to do. Here's the PS/PSP tutorials so you know what effects I'm talking about:
