ok...I have Microsoft Picture It! Publishing 2001...and I highly doubt it if anyone even has it or heard of it, but I'm hoping for help :crosses fingers: so I made this icon:
but its too big for livejournal....its 58.2 KG...how do I make it smaller..I mean its not like its that many frames..right? its only 6 frames...but I dono...any help would be greatly apperciated
