Please help...

Okay, I have a question.

I use PSP8 and when I make my text in a straight line it comes out fine but if I want to rotate it at all it turns out blurry. I've tried rotating just the text and I've tried rotating the picture, typing the text then rotating it back but it always distorts my image and blurs that up. Anyone know how I can fix it?
