installing font into ps7

ok im really sorry about this, and i know this question was just answered, but i was one of the people who contributed to that last question. (sorry, not trying to sound stuck up or anything like that, just saying that i know how to install fonts). i know how to normally install fonts, but for some reason this isnt working..

ok, so the font is installed and everything, so it should work fine, right?

 wrong! its no where to be found. normally, i would install it and it would show up just fine in photoshop. the font installed into photoshop on the other logins on my computer, but its not working on mine.

so please...any advice is very apreciated <3
