Downloading Photoshop for macs

i couldn't find this question answered anywhere
i know there are mac users that have "Photoshop 7", but is there a website where i can download the free trial?
i found one on "Google" but whenever i click the link it won't load, it just sits there for hours, loading.
Please? Help?
i have a Mac OS X, well, X.something but im not sure what.
