Mod Resource Post (For Archiving): LJ users' resource lists

This is just one more thing that I think a master list of will be beneficial. Certain LJ users have extensive icon resource lists; having several of those in one place can only help. If you come across one that's not listed here that you think would be useful, feel free to leave a comment. However, posts will only be added to the list at my discretion.
