sparkles..
Alright I have been wondering this for awhile..
I have the sparkle little brush which is used in this icon
my question is, how do you make them fade like that? someone told me "fade effect" once but I never saw them. I tried dimming them with the opacity but I couldn't get them slow at all like how they are on that icon(I use PSP 7 and AS3) if anyone could help me that would be great.
