I couldn't find anything on this in the memories.
When I save JPEGs in IE, with one site in particular, when I subsequently open them in PS7, they appear to have lost quality.
So this (cap from NCISFans.com:
Becomes this:
If I save for web, it looks right again, but it'd really be nice to know what it's actually going to look like when I work on it. I find it frustrating!
