Question about loading frames in Image Ready

OK, I really need to ask this question and get a 100% correct answer here. (Looked in memories, didn't see exactly what I need here. Sorry.)

I'm trying to use Image Ready. I've made the program work for me before, but in referene to loading in the frames, well, I guess it's always been a fluke that I've done the right thing and actually GOTTEN it to work because... every time I try to load frames in now, I cannot, for the life of me, get more than two frames in. Then as soon as I start to add the third or fourth, all it does is replace the image in either frame 1 or 2, with image 3, instead of add another frame in the lineup. I can't get them in, lined up, so I can start adding the tweening and all that.

What am I doing wrong?

Can someone please give Step-by-Step instructions on JUST the loading of the frames into the animation bar? And if this IS already linked somewhere, could you point me in the right direction? I tried following 2 tuts on animated icons already, and still cannot get this thing to work. :(

(But see? Look at icon! I've done it before... I just don't know how!)
