How do I make animated icons less than 40k?

I looked in the FAQs and tutorials, but couldn't find anything. I hope this doesn't mean it's not possible.



I use Jasc Animation Shop. This icon is 132k. Is there anyway to save it or alter it in someway so it's less than 40k?
