Shiny eyes
I'm sure someone has already posted this, but I had a look through the community and wasn't able to find anything on it.
I was wondering if anyone was able to point me in the direction of how to do that effect with the really bright crisp eyes and the rest of the face nice and soft. Like the eyes that really stand out. That effect is really awesome.
I'm using PS 7... and any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
