PS7 Color Profile
I seem to have lost my color profile in Photoshop, and I can't figure out how to fix it. I totally wiped PS and installed a new copy recently, including going so far as to wipe registry entries. I also installed a new video card, a rather big upgrade.
What's happening in PS is this: I took a screencap of my desktop, which has more or less standard Windows Classic grey menus and window frames and all. Actually, they're ever-so-slightly bluer than normal, but many of you Windows users will know what I mean. When posted into photoshop, the screencap shows that color, for example, as a nice rosey-gold. Very pretty, but very inaccurate.
I went to Edit -> Color Settings but honestly I have to admit to being a bit over my head when it comes to this stuff. PS has been telling me when I log on that my monitor profile is wrong, but it doesn't give me an option to fix it, it only gives me options to ignore the profile or to continue anyway.
Do any of you advanced PS types know how to fix this?
