rounder borders in PS

I searched through the memories but I could find anything solving my problem for Photoshop. There was one for Paint Shop Pro but I don't use it. Anyway I wanted to know how to make rounder borders in Adobe Photoshop, my version is 7.0. Thanks to everyone.
