Transparent Text Tutorial!

I've always wondered (and wished) I could get that beastiful
transparent text effect, that just shines. I know a few others have
wondered the same thing.

Well, I've come up with a way. It's not a direct path, but it's, well, transparent and shiny.

I'll be using Paint Shop Pro 8. I'm not sure how it translates to earlier versions, or Photoshop.
