resizing digital camera pictures
i've checked the memories, but none of the entries was what i was looking for.
i took some pictures with my digital camera recently, so obviously when i put them on my computer, they are rather large. i don't resize the original picture and i take the part of the picture that i want and crop it so it's only that part, but when i crop it, it gets larger and really fuzzy. i have tried so many different steps to try to make it clearer, one step photo fix, sharpen, clarify, brighten and NOTHING seems to work. anyone have any suggestions?
i work with PSP9, by the way, but i can easily convert it from earlier PSP programs.
