Uploading Gradients into PSP7

I just downloaded a set of gradients, and I can't remember how to upload them into PSP7. I downloaded a set last summer by changing the filenames to .jgd (or atleast that's what I think I did). I did the same with this set, but it's not working. The gradient names are there, but they're all just foreground-background instead of the colors they should be. Does anyone know what I did wrong?
