okay first i took this picture of hilary


i cropped it to 100


then i made a new layer above it and used this color

and then i made another layer and used this color and set it to overlay
then duplicate thie layer and set the opacity to 12%

then duplicate your base() and drag it all the way up to the top and set it to lighten
merge everything (ctrl + e)
it should look liekt his so far


next duplicate the layer and set it to hard light
and it'll look like this

make another layer and fill it with this gradient and set it to pin light and make the opacity 75%
make another layer and use the same gradient and set it to overlay

now make a new layer and fill it with this gradient and set it to overlay

make another new layer and use this gradient and set it to multiply and set the opacity to 50%

now take the base and drag it up to the top and set it to lighten

make a new layer and ues this gradient and set it at overlay with an opacity of 75%

take this gradient again and make a new layer with it and set it to hard light

then make another layer with this gradient again and set it to pin light and 72% for opacity
merge everything together and it should look like this

next i added text

i used this color "C1BB9E" for the font color and "Georgia" for the font in "i cant wait to see you"
then i set it to multiply and then i added an outer glow by right clicking the layer and going to layer style - and then outer glow, set it to screen, 75% opacity, noice 0%, softer, spread 0%, size 5, and for the color i used "D695A5"
then i duplicated that layer
then for the word "Fly" i used the color "D695A5" and the font "Palace Script MT" i also set it to multiply and gave it an outer glow, it has the same settings just the color is "C1BB9E" and i duplicated it.
