Okay. So I just got PS 7, and for some reason it's not letting me save things as .PNG files. Is there a plugin missing? When I had PS 6, it let me save as .PNGs.

Also, I don't have the Smart Blur filter, which I found out from reading a tutorial should be listed under Filter >> Blur. Help?
