Gradient Help

Hi! I just joined and I was looking through the memories to see if this question was already answered, but I didn't see anything :/ Anyway, I use PSP8 and I just downloaded a who bunch of gradients. The only problem is I don't know how to get them to be actual gradients in the gradient folder. :/ if anyone can help me with this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
