Tutorial!

OK, this is my first time doing this. The icon is nothing complicated or special, but it's the first one I made without using a tutorial written by someone else, so I'm kinda proud of it.

We will be making this icon.

Step 1: Take this picture from hitzdiary.com and crop it so you get this-

Step 2: Resize the picture so it's 100x100.

Step 3: Copy the background. Set the layer to Multiply.

Step 4: Copy the background again. Set this layer to Screen.

Step 5: Make a new Raster layer. Fill the layer with a dark blue color (I used #0E1E64). Then set the layer to Exclusion.

The icon now looks like this:

Step 6: Make another new Raster layer. Fill this layer with this gradient-

that I made, and set it to Hard Light, opacity 50.

Step 7: Make another new layer. Then take this brush-

made by miggy with the color #EC8361. Set it to Overlay.

Step 8: Now erase the lines that cover Taylor's gorgeous face.

And you're done!!

Please leave comments and let me know how I did :D
