Help! :D

Okay, so I'm making my first foray into mini-movies. And I've got this great mini-movie made. Problem? It's not mini enough. As in, I can't get it any smaller than 68k. The best-looking version is 129k. I'll put the icon under a cut, any suggestions would be great.
