new

I'm new and not sure if this is the right place to ask this but, this is an icon communty...so...here goes.

I'm using Jasc Animation Shop 3 and I made an AIM icon and its 50x50 and AIM won't let me use it. It says "The image you have selected it too big. The maximum size allowed is 7168 bytes."

What's wrong with it and how can I use it?
