I'll just do this simply.

Layer 1:  --base layer.

Layer 2: Floodfill #030566--Exclusion, 53%.

Layer 3: #B5E5F7--Colour Burn, 100%

Layer 4: #958972--Multiply, 79%

Layer 5: #E8C9A5--Soft Light, 100%

Layer 6:--by me, Soft Light, 100%

Layer 7: Took a soft brush in white and made a little stripe, Normal, 38%

Layer 8: Added text on the stripe.
