seamless patterns

I looked around the net for tutorials but none where really helpfull to me. Anyway I'm trying to make a seamless pattern. All tutorials where focusing on really easy images while I have a pattern image.

That's the image I want to use. I put on a tag since I don't want people to use this scan. I use CS5 and was wondering in anyone could help me with this.
