kmplayer

I seem to have a problem with Kmplayer. I never had problems before. I want to screencap this music video. However I can only get it to cap the video 10000x times or just one frame. While I want to cap the video just once.
My settings (I have a Dutch version)

My video is in MP4 if that make's a differance.
