Any way to easily duplicate coloring in GIMP?

I'm making some coloring tutorials for my friend, she uses GIMP and I normally don't. I was wondering if there's anything similar to actions or new adjustment layers in GIMP that might help her do the coloring easier? It would suck to have to do it every time. =/
