Looking for help with a background
So I basically need help with two things regarding this image -
rI'd like to know how to create the background, watery effect going on. It seems like something that I should be able to do without any stocks, but I'm having a hell of a time trying to figure it out. I'd also like to know if anyone can make me figure out just what's being done for the distortion effects on the right side of the body as well. I'm working with CS5. Any help is greatly appreciated!
