CS5 -- making animated icons

I recently got Photoshop CS5, and am having a hard time getting used to it after using CS2 for several years. Mainly because I'm used to ImageReady. I haven't tried to make an animated icon yet, but mostly because I'm not sure how to go about doing it. I AM right in my recollecting hearing that Adobe combined the two programs in the new versions of Photoshop, right?

I assume the actual PROCESS isn't that different, but I was just hoping for a few pointers on it since it's just a different setup.
