Tutorial : To do that gray thingie as background on icon posts.

Not an icon post, but related. It's asked to me so much, and is for our better view, because sometimes, the white back kills the icon, you know it too. But again, if you want to delete, go ahead :D

LOL :) I had saved myself from "how did I made my layout like this?" with a tutorial, but now, I frequently answer "how did I put that gray thing in the back of my icon posts?" :D
