Animation Help?? (Importing videos to layers)

Okay so I'm trying to make an animation gif in Photoshop.
And I really need help.

Okay so I'm trying to make an animation gif in Photoshop.
I go to File > Import video frames to layers, and I pick the video that I want. But this is were my problem comes in.



No matter what video I do, I get a white screen where the video is supposed to be. The video is not even playing.
Please, if somebody has a solution to this, I would be very appreciated. Thankyou
