Photoshop CS5
How do I paste an image onto another document and then resize it in Photoshop CS5? It seems like a simple thing to do yet I've been trying to figure it out for ages. argh.
I want to paste an image of a person onto a plain black canvas like this:
But I can't copy & paste because in the File menu they are whited out. Does that make sense? I'm terrible at explaining things. Any help would be great!
