Hi guys

So Im fairly new to photoshop and trying to make a gif icon.

Im following this tutorial HERE and I cant for the life of me 'drag' the gif frames onto the texture base. 
I'm sure its something really simple and Im stupid for not figuring it out, but I'd be really grateful if somone could help me out here.
