question about photoshop...
Hello all you pros!
lol.
Ok I got a quick question to ask about photoshop, because I dont know who else to ask.
I am doing a project in another application, and the best way to import/incert images into it is by saving them as TIFF files, which is fine.
Problem?
I have to set the resolution (the dpi) to a high setting of like around 300.
I have NO IDEA how to do that.
Web images usually goes for something like 72ppi or something like that. The images I have I saved from the web but that shouldn't matter.
The thing is, I can try to set resolution higher but it doesnt do any thing for the setting number is still at that 72....
Is there a way I can set that number higher to that 300ish level (dpi) in photoshop at all?
I hope I worded this ok in a sense that you understand what I am saying.
See, the thing is, due to the low setting, whenever I try to import/incert a picture, it looks REALLY bad and almost distored due to the low number.
Even if there is another means to maybe set that number higher, any advice is welcome.
(its just getting frustrating for I wasted a lot of time in fooling with this and the project is for school, ugh)
Thanks!
