1. To start things off, I thought that my image looked a bit too contrasted, so to help with that, I made a new fill layer, and filled it with 0B1137 and set to Exclusion 100%
2. Now to make everything more blue (which helps the coloring for the sky in the background), make another new fill layer, and this time fill it with 8C7BE5 and seto to multiply 100%.
3. To brighten things up a little, just go to Brightness and Contrast and use these settings:
Brightness: 7
Contrast: 10
4. Now we're going to use color balance. What this will do is, it'll lighten up the face, and make the sky bluer, and brighter.
Midtones: 12,9,14
Shadows: 13,11,8
Highlights: -23,5,11
5. And to further brighten it up, use Levels with these settings:
RGB: 12, 1.08, 246
Red: 11, 1.09, 241
Green: 11, 1.10, 236
Blue: 18, 1.15 ,245
6. To make the colors pop more, just use Hue/Saturation:
Master Saturation: 11
7. Now to make the sky more vivid, bluer, and stand out more, use Selective coloring:
Reds: -12,12,5,3
Yellows: 4,-5,4,-1
Cyans: 100,100,-100,48
Blues: 85,100,-25,62
Neutrals: 9,-3,7,-1
8. This part is a bit hard to explain what it looks like, but what I did was I made a new fill layer, filled it with A8A391 and set to pin light 100%.
9. So I added this texture: (by crazykira-resources @ Deviantart)
and set it to multiply 100%. All it does, is it makes a cool effect :)
10. And lastly I added text, and the font that I use was Orator Std, and I set the "Ayumi" to 74%.
And that's all there is to it! :)
