Translatable?: Yes!~
Difficulty: Easy

1. If your base image is a bit too dark like mine, then go ahead and duplicate your base, and set it to screen 49%. Though if your image is already bright enough, feel free to skip this step.

2. Now to make the colors in the icon seem more warmer, use Color Balance with these settings:
Midtones: 16,1,0
Shadows: 10, -2, 2
Highlights: -4,4,15

3. Now if you want your icon to be pinker, make a new fill layer and fill it in with a light pink (I used F7D9DD) and set to multiply 100%.

4. Since I like most of my icons to have some blue, I used Channel Mixer w/these settings:
Red: 84, 4, -18
Green: -6,106, 4
Blue: 2,-4,104

 5. So now we're going to use Levels. What this does, is that it'll brighten up your whole icon. Use these settings:
RGB:
Input Levels: 0, 1.11, 236
Red:
Input Levels: 25,1.33, 243
Green:
Input Levels: 0, 0.97, 242
Blue:
Input Levels: 0, 0.94, 241

6. Adding a tiny bit of yellow, make a new fill layer and fill it with F5F7DC. Set to multiply 100%.

7. Now to make the backround of the image brigher, I'm gonna take this texture:
 (by joy_coloring )
And set it to Softlight 33%.

8. And for the last step, it's just for making your icon a bit lighter & brighter if needed.
Go to Curves:

RGB: Input: 105 Output: 120
Red: Input: 147 Output: 144
Green: Input: 135 Output: 141
Blue: Input: 156 Output: 159

And that's all there is to it! :)
