Need a specific kind of tutorial.
I am a beginner at making icons and I can follow the tutorials here ok except for one of the most basic things: Duplicating an icon.
I know how to duplicate once but it doesn't do anything. Most tutorials duplicate more than once and the color is different. I can never get the icon right. I use Paint Shop Pro 12 and Photoshop CS2!
So I need a specific tutorial telling me exactly what buttons to push and when and what layer should be selelcted when duplicating the base from start to finish.PSD's don't really help much. Basically a step by step tutorial with a lot of pictures showing everything because visuals help me just as much as words. Can someone also explain more about what duplicating an icon does? How is it different than curves?
