Error in ImageReady- Help??

I was working on an icon and tried to save it as optimized and got the error message 'Could not complete this operation because an assertion has failed'

I tried repeatedly to save and it still won't work right. Has anyone had this happen before?

Also I got the error message when I tried to open a file from ImageReady itself.
