Shiney tutorial for PS and IR

So I think I'm going to be the first person to actually share this technique. O_o; This tutorial requires knowledge of Photoshop and ImageReady (I used version 7 for both). Here's how to make this icon (not the best example [ie:crap], but I just whipped it up solely for this tut.). You can see a better example in my usericon.
