Alrighty, I checked the memories, and what I was wondering has not yet been answered, so here we go:

I just borrowed a copy of PowerDVD from a friend, and I installed it on my computer. I didn't need the program to play DVD's, I just wanted it to take screencaps.

Now, I had a copy of PowerDVD on my old computer. It took screencaps excellently, and I was able to save them as a file and to a designated folder. They saved as an Adobe filetype, and they were very high quality caps.

However, in this one I just installed, I can designate a folder for the caps, but when I go to find the caps, they are not a file format I can open in ANY program (and I have alot of image programs). And when I try and save the file to clipboard, they are poor quality (as in, really bad quality).

Is there anyway I can fix this? Am I the only one to have this problem. I know PowerDVD can do better, I just want to know how I can do it again!
