Looking for some good tutorials

I looked through the many memories, but there isn't just one place to
find some layouts. I was wondering if anyone knew where i could find
some really good Layout Tutorials for icons. Examples included in
the cut! I couldn't find a icon an icon that i wanted to include in
there as well, but its when you have several different pics in an icon
and they are cut up into blocks. Wow, that was a really bad
explanation, but i hope yall understand what i mean. Please share your
own personal or friends tutorials!
