Is it a brush or something? If you can point me to a tutorial, I'd greatly appreciate it. I use PSP and Animation Shop 3. Please don't tell me to ask the creator in your comment.. I know that's the obvious choice, I already have, but I wanted to know a different way to maybe do it with PSP. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me.
