Grunge style tutorial

Hello. I'm new. But I do have a new tutorial for this icon:

The tutorial was made for PSP 7 but I have no reason to think it wouldn't translate into newer versions of PSP or into PS.

Also, this is actually my first tutorial so comments about it's usefulness, usability etc. would be greatly appreciated.
