I was wondering what kind of effects were used for the borders (between the girls), is it a kind of brush or template, or is it a case of really thick 'stroke'? If it's the former, where can I find such templates? And if it's not a template, somebody kick me please, I stupidly spent three days sifting through all the communities. :) Thank you in advance all you talented people!
