Looking for a tutorial

Alright, with my memories not working I'm at a standstill. Ages ago there was a tutorial here that made an icon sort of like this:

I think the picture had something to do with LOTR if that helps anyone in helping me find it. I tried searching through the Memories here as well but was unsuccessful.
