Quick question prompted by the last post - I've never had any problems with WinDVD and making screencaps until I got my new Firefly DVDs. For some reason, I'm unable to make screencaps of these (hitting 'p' doesn't work, and the little camera is faded out and unclickable), and when I try to go into properties to change settings, it invariably shuts down.

Has anyone had a similar problem with WinDVD before, or have a clue what might be wrong or how to fix it? I'm craving the ability to make Firefly screencaps.
