Hard To Explain
I have 2 questions but it's difficult to explain so bear with me =\
1) How can I apply an effect to a text on an icon (for example the effect where you can adjust the sun dappling, I don't have psp8 open right now and can't remember the effect name) without the effect getting applied to the entire icon? I tried copying the base a few times and then pasting the text with the effect as a selection to each base but I never can paste it in the exact same spot everytime so the text ends up moving around a little.
2) It's basically the same question but with the background. How can put an effect to just the background without the image and text over the background moving around when I paste it?
I searched the memories but didn't find anything.
I use PSP 8
