I'm not sure where else to ask this

In my psp8 brushes folder... I have all my brushes, but I also have this whole section that stars out as Brush Tip and then the name... and they're all the names of all my brushes.

does that mean i can delete the brushes, and just leave the brush tip files? It would make management a lot easier.

I can provide a screenshot of what I mean if anyone needs it.
