Paid Photobucket, Starting an Icon Community

Hmm, this is not specific to icons, but it does deal with icons.

Does anyone have a paid photobucket account, hows it treatin' ya?
I mean, would you suggest to your friends?

I want to start an Icon community (not that there aren't a million)

How is this done?
The community has been created, but I was wondering how to get exposure?
Should I enter contest?
