winDVD screen captures

I've always been able to make screen captures through winDVD for my icons, but just today it's gone afoul. I do the usual slow-motion/pause/cap procedure and none of them are coming out, only the most recent. It's the same file being replaced over and over. I've tried to find a setting that I could change, but there's nothing. Does anyone know what's happened and how I can fix it? Really driving me wild for what's the point of playing DVDs if you cannot make caps?

Answered Edit: Ha! Turned out my default cap folder had too many files. At least it wasn't anything complicated.
